I can hear the compressor working sometimes, but sometimes I can’t hear it operating. Is this normal?

The compressor works like this: 1. Operate to reach the setting temperature 2. Stop operating until the temperature rises by about 6℉-9℉ for energy saving 3. Rerun. So yes, it is normal if the cooling performance is not affected.

The courier put my package upside down, what should I do?

The waterproof structures of the refrigerator is used to prevent slight water droplets. Like all electrical appliances, it is not recommended that you use it for a long time in excessively humid environments.
