BUILT TO LAST: Get results with our work out bench. It has an 800-pound capacity, a triangular support structure for strength, and a 12-position backrest utilizing a 2-position front leg adjustment. The recommended user height is up to 6’4” tall.
UPGRADED COMFORT AND SUPPORT: Our weightlifting bench has a 1 3/4″ thick foam cushion and an additional a 33 inch extended backrest for improved head and neck support. We also increased the seat width by 2″, giving ample room for comfort while training.

ADJUSTABLE BACKREST: Quickly and easily adapt the folding workout bench to incline, flat, and decline. It independently adjusts to a -20 degree decline to +80 degree incline angles and a flat position height of 17.5″.
LEG HOLD-DOWN: Features extended leg stabilizers to prevent movement or rocking during workouts and a detachable 3-position adjustable leg hold-down bar for extra stability. All of our benches are compatible with our squat racks and power cages.
