Shipped Flat: With cardboard box to ship, makes sure that the board stays flat when you receive it. Due to shipping, some ink may flow out of the tip making the marker dry out, placing marker upside down for at least 48 hours and it will slowly recover
Before You Buy: Some stainless steel refrigerator doors are non-magnetic or weakly magnetic and cannot be used with our products. Please test them with a common magnet before purchasing. Also, make sure the board is right size
