Frimware Requirements: Please update the eufy Security app to version 4.8.9 or above and the IndoorCam C220 firmware to version 3.9.8.0 or above.
Wi-Fi Compatibility Reminder: IndoorCam C220 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz router or a dual-band router configured to support the 2.4GHz band. Note: The C220 does not support the 5GHz frequency band.
